Developed KPIs and Balanced Scorecard framework for Youth and Family Services at Logan.

Developed 2018 to 2021 Strategic Plan for Brisbane Youth Service (in consultation with staff and management).

Strategic planning for BYS

Conducted a strategic review and developed and led implementation of a Turnaround strategy for Jabiru Youth and Family services including KPIs, performance management, growth and efficiency initiatives and an online Learning Management System.

Strategic review and turn-around for Jabiru

Led the Value Improvement program on Origin Energy’s $13Bn APLNG Phase 1 project. The Value Improvement program had a target to deliver $673m in savings over a 3 ½ year period. The program was successful and delivered $1.5B in savings, a year ahead of target.
